Chicken macaroni step by step

Disclaimer: I'm not any pro chef LOLOL, just a kitchen noob whipping up something hehe

I only decided to somehow turn this into a 'somehow' tutorial

Hope you learn a little something from Masterchefveronica *throwface*

I actually first saw this recipe from yankaykay's insta, but changed it a little cause I hate celery, so you can add celery too if you like.

So what you need/ or rather, what I used : 

1 carrot

1 onion

500ml (2 cups) chicken stock

3 drumsticks (or lovely legs)

Serves about 2-3

1. Boil the drumsticks to get rid of the excess fats in the chicken *bad picture, but you can see all the fats and stuff floating*

2. Diced carrots and onions

3. I just learnt to diced an onion a few weeks ago, so I'll share it with y'all too 

Cut into halves

Diagonally cut 9/10 of the onion

Cut into strips

Then start dicing! hehe

4. Stir Fry the ingredients together till slightly brown

5. Add chicken stock

6. Add back in the chicken

7. Add boiled water enough to cover chicken

 Bring to boil and lower heat & leave it to simmer for 3 hours! (or as long as you can stay hungry)

Your soup is ready!!!! Add in your macaroni whenever you're ready to eat!

Season salt to taste

Try this at your own risk, high success rate tho

Back home

Soo happy to be back home! Feels super relaxed and I swear mum is super happy and excited to see me unknowingly, she didn't stop talking to me until the minute she fell asleep.

Decided to take her out today hehe (since I drove) so it sounds more like I took her out lolol

 

Tried new contact lens today, super natural! It's called BABYCOLOR in the summerdoll series, this colour is chocolate.

ya, fml, prepared for the worst alr, 3 ulcers.

 Hi, I grew some abs today instantly :'D

 

So happy mummy bought me a unicorn hehhehee, both big n small

Thoughts

:( one of those sleepless nights where I start thinking about my Uni workload and assignments :( my final year and I'm so worried about myself... I feel like there's so much assignment to do and like I need to start doing them early. BUT I don't know how to do them T^T

So worried about myself man... Feel so stressed out......

I miss my cousins I miss my frds in Sg :(

Last day of CNY

Didn't realize this didn't publish :(

Super happy all the time here in SG!!! I'm so glad to be back now for 2 weeks already, and leaving on Thursday :( dreading SOO much to go back Aussie :( wish I could stay longer.. Sigh, gonna complete my degree and have a big long holiday resting and being a bum. Spend all my money and then continue back on track and do something about my life later on. HAHAHHAA. Love it here, things have changed, people have grown, renovated malls, different taxi surcharges, prices gone up, economy inflation, familiar faces, familiar shops, familiar roads but still a failure in public transport, but thank god that nearly all my friends can drive now, so thankful that I don't have to rely on public transport, sounds like a spoilt brat but I rlly feel lost when I'm on a bus without knowing which one is my stop. Z gonna spend the most out of the time left here. Haven't been back for 2 years and everything feels so familiar yet soo different. Met new people, caught up with most but not yet all that I've got to meet. So much love from the family and relatives I love coming back for CNY. <3
